    I have a few questions for Lockhart:

    Is local advertising a waste of your time? Do you prefer large ad buys or the local restaurants and retail locations that Curbed draws content from?

    What is your view on aggregators? Do you support and like them?

    Who do you view as your competitors? Other blogs / hyper-local media or traditional media?

    Do you work with other blog editors when large events occur?

    Will hyper-local media blogs ever reach small cities and large towns?

    Is Curbed capable of completing long form journalism? Can you truly compete with the quality of traditional media content?
