Wow, great episode. I'm a bit behind and catching up, and this was by far the best. I could listen to Mark Goulston talk forever--you are fortunate to have him as a mentor.

Good episode. Provides a lot of reflection about management of people and workplace issues pertaining to a start-up. From being the employee in a start-up and also a employer now, I find that this episode has offered me some thoughts on how we should talk to people and manage them.

This is not a comment on the episode, I'm just wondering why non-TWIST videos keep showing up in the iTunes feed. There was a rather strange one featuring Kevin Pollock a few weeks ago, and now I am apparently downloading "Bibliotech Episode 13 with Margaret Atwood".

It would be much appreciated if you could keep the feed "clean" - maybe you've used iTunes and know what a pain it is to NOT download something you've subscribed to. Also, as I'm downloading the video, the file is quite large and we should keep the intertubes unclogged.

Love the show, love the sponsors.

I agree that generation Y are not as motivated by success for the sake of success. I think gen Y seeks to pursue meaning, and when they discover their passion, they are as driven as anyone.

Jason, I enjoy your interviews and generally enjoy you talk. But if there was one tip--you talk too much in these interviews:( Give more speaking time to the speaker. We hear you talk all the time all over the place but that is usually not true of your special speakers;)

Well done on this project. Love the niche focused content all around startups and the lessons we can learn from them. One tip to make it better, put a summary of the lessons learned underneath the video. Sometimes I don't have 30+ minutes to watch the whole video so a summary of key points would be very useful. Keep up the good work.
